my point is that if he dominates canelo and make it obvious, theres no way he can get robbed on the score cards. now if its a close fight then yes he will not get the nod. but 8-4 to me will still be hard to rob him on the score cards without having the whole place riot up.

Lara has to be more active than he usually is. That is a certainty. He needs to show a killer instinct as well. He let Trout off the hook when they fought. He clearly beat Trout but I believe he could've scored a KO late in the fight. He can't do the same against Canelo.
It goes both ways too. Canelo has to leave it all in the ring. He can't have as many periods of inactivity as he usually does. That's an easy way to lose rounds.
It's an interesting matchup. Which guy is going to take rounds instead of letting them slip away? Who will fight with the most urgency?Comment

like how they did during the canelo vs angulo fight? even in that fight canelo's own fans was piss at the outcome since they knew something was off from the start. all im saying is if lara makes it convincible, it will be hard to rob him.Comment

That was an all Mexican Affair. In This case it's Mexico vs Cuba. A lot of talk about a Cuban schooling too for Canelo by Lara. I know what you're saying bro. Don't get me wrong but I doubt they will be pissed off if Canelo gets an unjust decision.Comment

that was my point exactly. mexican fans are not gonna cheer for their guy knowing he got a gift decision. if lara gets robbed the mexican fans would be embarassed to even cheer for canelo as if he really won just like in the angulo fight.Comment
