It'll be Maidana II. Then he'll fight Robert Salka, then Salka will give Floyd a rematch out of respect
Floyds last 3 fights will be 100 percent certain

They can be "buddy buddy" all they want, fact is cotto isn't turning down the kind if money a Mayweather rematch would generate, especially for the middleweight title. *No one in boxing could turn down a PAC fight down either and be able to look his family in the face.
*marquez fought him 4 times already and something tells me at some point they will do it one last time.Comment

That's the reason I'm positive it is going to be Cotto against Mayweather and not Canelo. There is no one other than Manny that Floyd could fight that would outsell Cotto/Canelo head to head. Floyd isn't about to move a fight date for anyone so he'll simply offer Cotto more money and no way will Cotto pass up that rematch.
Floyd will never fight Manny, ever.Comment

When you're 100% certain, you're not taking the best fights possible. In other words, cherry picking brah!Comment

Lol at poor people talking about "bet your house on it", just because they dont have a house or mortgage and take such things for granted.
Any of those fighters could lose their next fight. Cotto could lose to Bradley in Dec (and could prefer a fight with Canelo for Cinco), Manny can possibly lose to a several fighters before fighting floyd, and floyd could lose to several fighters before fighting Manny (plus, he's scared and castrated). They are both very firmly past prime atm. The only one on that list that I'd bet 1/20th of my house value on is Floyd and Maidana x2, simply because I cant see who else Floyd can fight for decent money.Last edited by Masters01; 07-08-2014, 02:28 AM.Comment

Pacquiao fight is the only guarantee, cos Pac has slowed down just enough and is not as vicious as he once was. See: Cotto and MosleyComment
