There was nothing wrong with the pair of gloves besides being out of the packaging and touched by multiple people...A clone pair was aproved but TRC refused to step into that ring unless his opponent was wearing pillows..

This is how I saw it this go down. Honestly, idk if the first pair were actually missing padding or not. TRC & his cronies cried about the first pair of gloves. NSAC complied but approved the other pairs. TRC then throws his little fit & says no fight unless you fight in gloves I approve. The gloves has the required padding. Thats why their was no investigation, the reason NSAC denied those gloves were not on any illegal basis but more to pacify the situation. how does maidana and his team didn't get in any trouble? i mean, removing the padding is serious right? if it really happen but they didn't get any trouble like i said. that tells me that there were nothing wrong with that pair (or any of the MX gloves) in fact if remember well, chino wasn't allowed to wear reyes gloves (similar to the MX) the padding wasn't the problem, the problem was the guy who was going to wear those gloves.
