I guess Lara is now obligated to win very convincingly after all this continuous trash talking (even if Mr. Cubas is the real puppeteer, it appears it comes from Lara's mouth). Anything short of demonstrating that the Cuban is indeed 150%superior can be used against him. Sergio Martinez was also talking a lot (not very usual on him) before his last fight and he ended having one of the most disappointing performances of his life. I hope it doesn't happen to Lara.

I honestly think that this fight will be a carbon copy of Canelo Vs Trout, where Canelo barely got caught with anything and according to my eye, won most of the round. But a fight where a persistent minority insisted that Trout did something (which I did not see) to earn himself a win or at least a draw.

There is no way that Lara can actually outbox Canelo in real terms. Maybe he can go on a path-of-least-resistance running fest where nothing is happening from either side but where Canelo did even less, because Lara is constantly moving while being booed. Because there is no way that he will actually outpoint Canelo in a satisfactory fashion. Canelo probably won't have a scratch on him after 12 rounds.

Hey fanwhore why don't think before posting a reply to people's comments. Canelo clearly was ducking Lara even De la Hoya said he didn't want this fight for Canelo. He ducked this fight for a year. Lara put Canelo on blast and enough fans got on Canelos case on twitter and this put him in a tough spot. Even Canelo made a reference to this. Canelo had no choice but to accept the fight after Lara and the fans on Twitter were calling Canelo out. Btw Canelo only became a ppv "superstar" after his fight with Mayweather where he got outclassed. Only reason he is such a "superstar" is cause boxing is full of fanboys who don't know crap about boxing except for one or two hyped fighters. Canelo is not a Mayweather, people don't hit the lotto by fighting Canelo the way boxers do when they fight Mayweather. This is only Canelo's second ppv that he headlines without Mayweather so quit blowing him like he is such a star. :*******:

I do give him props but he isn't doing anything new. This is something that is expected from boxers who are supposedly elite. I also recognize that it is about time he fights this kind of opposition after fight 30 something bums before fighting this level of opposition.
