Why is Andre Ward not willing to go to 175?

Is he scared of the 175 pounders? We all know the "light/super" classes were only made to baby fighters till they were ready for the real weight classes.

He has talked about how he's not a Light Heavyweight because he doesn't walk around 190. Is he afraid his skills cannot overcome size?

He's only fought FOUR times in THREE years. I know he has promotional issues but, man can they at least schedule him for a 10 round exhibition against some bum at least?
