Pacquiao vs Guerrero a possibility for November??

According to Doghouseboxing, a source close to Pacs team says that they're interested in The Ghost... Thoughts?

Guerrero is virtually Brandon Rios today.

If this fight gets made it's highly likely that it's an absolute carbon copy of Pacquiao/Rios.

Way better than fighting Brandon Rios. C'mon.....

At least Guerrero has fought a few times at 147, actually got a couple decent wins there.

Replace Ghost with Rios the night of the Kamegai fight. Same result. Rios gets hit a **** ton, just like Guerrero, but does just enough to win.

Once upon a time Guerrero, of course, was a superior fighter compared to today's Brandon Rios. Those days are gone. He hardly moves anymore. He has fought in a phone booth since the Berto fight. His defense is awful. His power is respectable but it's nothing earth shattering. He's Bam Bam.

Agreed, Guerrero fights like an idiot now, but do you think he would get gun-shy and shell-up like Rios or keep going after Pac?

I see no way Rios beats Guerrero at 147 today. Guerrero is still a capable boxer, and he can take a shot.

Rios has never won at 147. He's a glorified punching bag.

Yeah that's a good point. I don't see it in RG's makeup to shell up. He'd keep coming.

Guerrero went freaking life & death with Kamegai for God's sake. I mean I got nothing but tremendous respect for Kamegai, but that speaks volumes to where Guerrero is at as a boxer today. He may very well edge Rios out in a fight but I can guarantee that Bam Bam would make him go to hell and back to get it.
