I'm 1 of Danny's biggest supporters on this site and I say the fight is utter trash. In my case that's not hating, that's the truth.

Now in the case of the Mattysse fans, probably 99% of their rant is powered by hate. But the thing is team Danny and Haymond the ***** ****** boy lover, actually supplied them and whoever else wants to talk mess with all the amo necessary to do so.

You caught me. I am a Matthysse fan and I hate both Angel and Danny. I think Danny is a good fighter but I think the only reason he beat Matthysse was because he injuried his eye. Damn right I want Lucas to get a rematch and I'll bet lots of cash on Lucas to win if it happens. If you think Angel is a classy guy and Danny is a true champion who fights top contenders good for you. I don't. I want Matthysse to take his title so we can have a real champion at 140 who won't cherry pick softies to defend his title against.

Matthysse has never done anything to make me embarrassed to be a fan of his. I am always proud of the way he fights and the way he acts in and out of the ring. Someone should tell Angel that before he can claim a win for his son over Peterson that Danny has to do it himself in the ring. He can't claim a win over Peterson because Lucas beat Peterson. I think Peterson has a damn good chance to beat Danny if they fight.

Maybe the reason they are Matthysse fans and not Garcia fans to begin with is because of stuff like: "Danny Garcia: The Opponent Don't Matter, It's My Show!".

People were upset when Provodnikov (who himself is usually an underdog) fought Algieri (a kickboxing champion turned undefeated boxing prospect).

How do you think they will react when the supposed king of the division fights a complete and utter nobody with 3 losses against other nobodies and a 13% KO ratio? His own promoters are apologizing.

Yep if your a hated fighter you are hated no matter what you do....Lucas Bumtthyse fought Mike Dallas JR (who lol) and nobody said a damn thing about it.....Kovalev and GGG can run up a string of bums month after month and nobody says anything....Garcia fights a hell of a tough schedule and then fights 1 bum and everyone goes ape **** over it....

Danny has got to be one of the most unfairly hated fighters of all time....The reason they hate him isn't even because of anything that he has done it's because his dad....Lol what a sad pathetic reason to hate a fighter....You don't like his dad....Get a damn life.
