Does kovalev ever throw uppercuts?

Not that I know of lol. This reminds me of Trinidad and Pavlik. Everybody said they would be too strong and look what happened. Trinidad got stopped and pavlik got outclassed .

Also is underdog vs kovalev, opened as 2 and half to 1 underdog vs kovalev but more people are picking Hopkins for this fight.

Well Trinidad was a Welterweight in his third division and Pavlik was a Middleweight fighting at LHW.

Kovalev is a legitimate LHW.

Not saying he'll win just stating why those comparisons are different.

Yeah, that's a really good point now that you mention it. I'm looking forward to this fight because I believe it will be one of his greatest challenges. If he wins it'll cement his legacy. If he loses, then it helps pave the way for kovalev.
