While at the same time prop up Golovkin as some god who hasn't fought near as good enough the competition that Canelo has.
The Mayweather fight wasn't competitive at all.

Him, or anyone else for that matter, can say whatever they want today, but that doesn't make it the truth. Canelo is still really young, unless he retires early there is no way he doesn't have to move up. With the amount of weight he currently cuts it's not a matter of if, but when.

I think you're missing the whole point here bro. Canelo is claiming that he plans on staying at 154 yet this is his second time fighting at MW (two fights in a row).

Matthysse never claimed that he would stay at 140 while missing weight.

People's beef is that hes saying one thing while doing another. You get it now?

This isn't about Mayweather. It's about Canelo (and slightly about Cotto.)

The fact that they nth got crushed by Mayweather is even more telling that they both belong in the ring together,

          RIGHT! ? RIGHT!? RIGHHHT!?
Cotto did not get crushed by Mayweather... if you compare the two fights it's not even close. Cotto might have lost 8 or 9 rounds but almost every single round was tough and competitive. Canelo didn't even land a punch and aside from the dumbass judges, Floyd didn't even lose a round or really come close. Keep telling yourself they both got schooled, only one of them did and he would get taken to class again by Cotto.

Which one is the duck between the two - A 30 year old Olympic champion in Golovkin calling out everyone from 154 to 168, then rebuking that statement as soon as WARD calls him out. Not to mention be only willing to move up to fight at 168, but only if it's against Chavez Jr.

Or the 22 year old Canelo, with little amateur experience who's never called out anyone at 160, and wants to stay at 154 where he feels comfortable. Funnily enough the younger professional with less amateur experience has an even better resume than Golovkin.

            LMAO.
WTF... Golovkin tried to face Ward multiple times, Ward's respone? He isn't a big enough star yet for a PPV... The only thing I can think of is Ward speaking about himself because he's had 1 fight on HBO and GGG like 4 all with higher ratings than when Ward fought. The only one ducking that fight is Andre and no one else, he won't fight GGG and he won't fight at 175 he is the biggest joke in boxing there was no point in even bringing him up.

Not really, Golovkin actually weighs in as a MW. He saying no I'm not a SMW yet fighting above the 160 pound limit, whereas Canelo is doing exactly that. "No, no MW for me" then proceeds to have to fights out of the 154 division lol.

I understand incredibly. But what I'm saying is people are making too big a deal about it because (1) it's only 1 tiny pound and his opponents are not *****ing about it (2) he's taking on good, worthy opponents and (3) he's still super young, learning and hasn't hit his prime yet!

Right then, show me proof of Golovkin calling out Ward and the latter turning him down. Because my recollection of events contrasts supremely to yours.
