Maidana was the more active fighter and had Floyd on the defensive running. He was pushing the action and kept Floyds offense at a minimum. He had the BEST moments in the fight.

Skip Bayless had it even. I had it close as well with Maidana winning.

I honestly do not understand such wide cards in favor of Floyd.
Right. And you aren't biased a bit. You and Skip Bayless, the only neutral people on the planet to score the fight.

I've seen 8 total rounds and from what I saw, it was terrible. No punches of consequence, aside from five, massive ring, horrible 12th round that makes Oscar vs tito seem like a phone booth fight. Glad I was sick in bed and didn't waste time or money on it.

Can we agree that the experience both got from the first fight, made the rematch uneventful? I enjoyed it but in comparison to what I'm used to from Mayweather, not nearly as much.

It's weird because I didn't pay for it but I sympathize with those who did because not only should this fight have NEVER taken place, it was on PPV with a shitty undercard to boot.

Okay, this is the only time I will address it since it's getting annoying. Gucci copy pasted one of my posts and now everyone thinks I'm him lol. Contact any staff member so you can confirm. I want him banned. I don't want to be associated with anyone but my own self.

Football dominated this weekend, no ones talking about this fight.

Many people preferred the first fight and I can understand but I am one of the few who actually thought the rematch was better.

In my view, the rematch was more intriguing. Maidana was a threat until the very last round unlike in the first fight. In the first fight he threw everything he had during the first 4 rounds and then fought in spurts. In the rematch, he was more controlled and picked his spots which allowed him to stay active through 12 rounds.

He had floyd on his toes and aware until the very last bell as opposed to the last fight where floyd finished the fight with a sense of confidence and control.

It was more suspenseful than the first IMHO. I think the controversy and drama contributed to my opinion since I love that stuff. (biting, tackling etc etc)

                      It was more entertaining.
