Mayweather's a great fighter and has beaten great fighters, but I do wish he fought faster fighters. Seems like he fights guys with more of a slugger style that's taylor made for his defensive ability, than a boxer with both speed & power. Maidana's not the best opponent out there, and he's fighting him twice. He knows Maidana isn't the best opponent and he wants to win in a more convincing fashion to separate himself.Comment

I am starting to get the usual sense of anti climax I always have when Floyd fights.
A few weeks in and I am looking forward, getting excited and have belief that the fight can be competitive.
The when Floyd arrives at the MGM I kind of feel like it has all been rehearsed, that he is just there to play his part with the help of all the officials and get paid.
I NEVER get this feeling with other fights, just Floyd.
I am sick of him, I don't care about his '0', I just want him to retire ASAP so boxing can move on.
Floyd is Kryptonite to a boxing purist, and don't start throw PPV numbers at me people.Comment

i just rewatched the fight and i think the rematch will play out mostly the same way. i think floyd decided to stay on the ropes sometimes and will do it less this time but on occasions chino legitimately backed him up to the ropes but he gassed after the first few rounds. chino needs to find an answer to that floyd body jab, maybe he can bend at his knees and avoid it or something.
