Mayweather vs Maidana II POST FIGHT DISCUSSION

Hey guys is it true Maidana is working with Victor Conte for this fight? is there any proof?

Been watching Lamotta vs. Robinson fights off and on all
morning



Hard to find footage of LaMotta knocking down Robinson or beating him. So much of the footage is of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre.

The dynamic in their fights is so close to 'The Moment'. A couple of differences that jump out to me though are:

1. LaMotta throws a real rabbit punch when it 'happens'. I think every rabbit punch in Mayweather vs Maidana I happened because of how Mayweather moved his head. Never intentional on Chino's part.

2. Robinson is way, way more honorable than Mayweather. Not even close. Mayweather breaks the rules not constantly but.. semi-constantly. Robinson always fights clean.

Not saying Mayweather gets knocked out of the ring. Think he'll get knocked down though.

Day before the fight, I'm still feeling pretty good about Maidana. I know I'm probably wrong, but it just feels like this is it. He's the man to take the 0.

I have that same feeling, i felt it the first fight going in, and was surprised taht Floyd gave him a rematch because Maidana is the one.

First, I'd like to say, "Go Chino, Go!".

I think Floyd will quite possibly win via a very smelly UD / SD, unless he gets clearly Bronered. With that being said I think Floyd better stay on his toes (literally) because a Floyd 'W' where he gets sack beaten behind his shoulder will end in a riot.

Chino is going to knock Mayweather out. I think they are practicing that straight right that Maidana almost detonated on Floyd's chin while he was trying to pull counter. That is the same punch that f'd up Ortiz's boxing career. I don't buy the glove controversy crap, Chino will hurt Mayweather if he lands that punch clean.
