Based on some of the gifs I have seen, the confidence Maidana is showing in these press conferences, I could definitely see a ko.

This stands out. I think this will be the situation in which he ends it.

Same thing happened with the Castillo guy when he fought Floyd, Floyd won the first one and people was saying he didn't, he gave him the rematch and took Castillo to school in the second Fight. In Floyd/Maidana II I wouldn't be surprise if Floyd knocks him down. But if not, Floyd is going to take him to school like he did to Castillo. He's not going to see Floyd in this one and remember you can't hit what you can't see.

            Just admit it. Or dont.
There was no inside fighting until the 7th or 8th round when Hatton was punch drunk. The referee wouldn't allow any. That is what Floyd will be expecting in the Maidana rematch which is why he won't stop talking about Maidana being dirty, he did the same in the build-up to the Hatton fight.

Floyd wants a fight in the middle of the ring where it suits him. He doesn't want it up close with an animal like Maidana.

If Maidana wears the gloves he wants and still loses I wonder what excuse will be used.

That man definitely knew Mayweather's tricks. Hell of a fight he fought.

Excellent post. This reminds me a little bit of the Mosley right hand vs. Floyd. We can only hope.

A KO is possible but highly doubt it. Unless Maidana improves his stamina, the rematch will pan out the same way. He was actually doing well until the second half of the fight where he appeared to gas out. Maybe coming in as heavy as he did contributed to that.

Unless he improves his stamina, he will not win. He has to be able to rough up and keep Floyd on the ropes the whole 12 rounds. I just don't see that happening but we'll see.
