You didn't poke any holes in my reasoning, You instead tried to claim I was biased against Mayweather and the other kid tried to make it a British thing. You also tried to say Im only posting here because of the World Cup. Attacking the arguer instead of the argument. Just anything to deflect from the actual topic.

No one ever said or tried to make it seem you were biased against floyd. I said it was about floyd flexing his power. Then when you responded I asked if you criticized others for doing the same thing.

I made a harmless world cup joke-that wasn't insinuating you had a mayweather bias or hated him etc etc.

Dirk-I don't think floyd was wrong with what he did with the gloves. Why? Because I never think the "aside" is wrong when choosing the opponents gloves. I dont have a problem with this practice and never had.

No, I wanted to see if you would disagree with a legendary fighter defending Floyd's move, and because it was a fighter you'd probably be a fan of. And you showed no bias in your response, which I respected.

This is just a complete waste. Close fight or not, it's not like anybody expected Maidana to beat Mayweather and he didn't. So what's the point of a rematch? Heck, I look around and people STILL don't think Maidana would win (in fact, some people, like myself, even thinks the rematch won't be as close). With Floyd only having three fights left, this is really disappointing.

And just to think, people got the nerve to complain about Top Rank and their rematches, yet here's Floyd with more options, yet very few matches and is going to waste one of them on an opponent he's already beaten. Darn shame!

Where were y'all at when Cotto insisted that Floyd wear 10oz gloves instead of 8s in their fight? Floyd managed to beat both of them not wearing the gloves of his choosing. Chino lost cause he was in the ring with a better fighter. Just like everybody else Floyd has fought.
