Asking for a drug test is evidently all of the evidence required for confirming a fighter is a duck. The exception to the rule is if Pacquiao is asking Marquez to take a drug test.

On the other hand, refusing to take a drug test is not evidence of a fighter being on drugs. Again, the exception to the rule is Marquez refusing to take additional drug tests; in that case, he is as a guilty as sin.

If I remember correctly, it was the cut-off date for the OST that killed the first negotiation. Not Pac refusing OST. So where do some of you guys get that Pac refused OST?
