Not to defend him but the first time out the only thing that kept i. from happening was the test frol what I recall.. They've BOTH been at fault at different times as have their respective teams (Manny's team was the worse of the 2 imo). He's saying that they were both at fault...but the time the testing was refused is clear.

Lol I guess the Mayweather's thought that Pacquaio would just bend over and let them plug him. Fight could have still been made with the testing that was already in place, so Pacquaio walking away from Olympic testing is no credit in Mayweather's favor imo.
