I think so, Yuri is an offensive fighter, Freddie may not focus as much on defense but the footwork is where Yuri would benefit from Freddie's teachings.

He doesn't need to learn anything from a skill point, he only needs to be controlled.

He was looking tremendous the other night until that red mist came down. When he starts feeling too confident he abandons his skill and starts to jump in with insane hands down flurries...that is the only thing he needs to fix.

Cut back his crazy desire to engage with bigger guys and you have a fighter that will be incredibly difficult to beat.
