Finally a guy from the Midwest that doesnt embarrass himself at the upper level. Hooo boy. Told the guys I trained to keep an eye on TC. We even watch a little tape of him transitioning to Southpaw.

Called a midround stoppage due to gamboa going for broke, but will take what we got.

Best fight ive seen in a long time.

With The Ghosts fight last week...it's been a great run of great fights lately.

    MAN I LOVE THIS SPORT!

Much respect to both, hated one had to lose because I am a HUGE fan of both.

Gamboa will be OK, just need to move back down, 126 is loaded right now try to get into the middle of that it is a lot of good fights their for him now compared to when he was dominating that division back then

Crawford really don't need to change ANYTHING, continue to grow continue to get better and don't try to move up too quickly trying to chase BIG MONEY FIGHTS too soon. He is lucky to have that type of backing in his Hometown so continue to fight in Nebraska.

Would love to see Crawford vs Vazquez or even Ray Beltran who was ROBBED against Burns! But I think the plan is to move up after this fight anyway so we shall see, has a great future though!

i thought it'd be a snooze fest but i was wrong. goddamn with performances like this he can become a top fighter. people say "it doesn't matter how you win but as long as you win" but you have to make statements and thats what he did.

Y are fans always so quick to write a fighter off after a loss. Hell Gamboa looked like he always does except he lost and he had a hard time hurting the bigger fighter. All fighter have flaws that get exposed when they face good opposition. Gamboa has always had chin/balance issues even at featherweight, he just never stays on the mat and always hurts his man after they hurt him. I don't know what weight class Gamboa is gonna fight in next but I dont think he is done by a long shot based on what I saw tonight.

I was laughing at Gamboa every time Crawford was cracking that jaw, you could see that Gamboa was about to cry that little Nena! there goes your cash cow fifty cent!

Gamboa can't make a healthy 126.. 130 is possible but I don't see the desire in him he looked like a defeated man tonight who's uninterested in continuing fighting, especially under SMS Promotions
