Trout just referred to Canelo as "strong". "Canelo is strong but he won't be able to land on Lara". Sounds like he hits fairly hard to me.

If Canelo comes to box he gets schooled. He is a mid-range hooker and his right hand is not developed.

Trout fought the wrong fight against both guys, you have to pressure Lara and go to the body - trout never made adjustments and just followed Lara around the ring

I've heard Canelo referred to as "strong" before. But it wasn't in reference to his punching power. It was in reference to his physical strength.

Canelo is NOT a pressure fighter. If he pressures he will gas even quicker than he usually does and he is going to eat a ton of leather closing the distance.

Lara chose to fight off the ropes (Shell up and let Angulo tire himself). A fighter with faster feet couldn't get him on the ropes. Vanes. Angulo wasn't cutting the ring off either. He kept following.

If Lara doesn't want to be on the ropes he won't be on the ropes.

                  But that's just my opinion.

I can't remember seeing a hitter harder than Canelo at light middleweight honestly.

Dumb ass! Look at him, he is on video!

Why guys say stuff like this that can be immediately shown to be false is beyond me!

I won't dispute that, but it doesn't take away from the rare, first-hand observations of a professional fighter. It's one thing to make observations on a TV screen, it's another to actually experience what's happening. To paraphrase George Chuvalo on fighting Ali: "You see him on TV and see he's fast. But when you're standing in front of him, it's like, 'Oh, my...oh, my, my, my, my...."
