I think it will be Cotto as he said he's coming back in December and it doesn't look like Floyd is fighting in September as we're nearly in July which leaves hardly any time for promos and press tours not to mention the 8 week training camp.

Mayweather and Pacquiao are on their last legs they will not want to face these young bulls like Porter, Thurman, Errol Spence Jr etc...

The room for fights that pay dividends is very low for Floyd, Cotto and Pac are the only opponents he will face before he retires.

Mayweather is not fighting Pacquiao. He has had about 5 years where Pacquiao was by far his biggest money fight and he hasn't fought him so why would that change. If Canelo beats Lara then Mayweather should fight Canelo or step down from his 154 pound title he never defends. The fight would not be pointless just because Mayweather outboxed him in the first fight. That doesn't mean Mayweather owns him. If Canelo beats Lara he is absolutely the number one challenger for Mayweather's 154 pound title and that's reason enough for a rematch. Canelo was a 22 year old kid when he lost to Mayweather and he fought with the handicap of taking off 2 pounds from his best weight and the class limit. Canelo is improving quickly and Mayweather is old and seems to be going downhill. If Canelo dominates Lara and get a rematch with Mayweather at the weight Jr. middleweight title fights are suppose to be fought at I would bet on Canelo to beat Mayweather. Khan a bigger threat to Mayweather than Pacquiao????? Are you English?This is the Khan who almost lost to Diaz in England and lost back to back fights to Peterson and Garcia.
