Since then seeing Pac rebound nicely with solid wins over Rios and Bradley all the while Floyd being took to the brink against Maidana I'm feeling the fight would be closer than I originally thought. Who would win? It'd be close but perhaps how the two perform on their next fights could give a better determination on clarity for a victor but as it stands right now I'd give Floyd an edge, a slight edge but an edge none-the-less. Only way to truly know for certain is to see them in the ring together...
Styles make fights, JMM throws enough combos and aggressively counters to offset Pac, Mayweather doesnt fight that way. Pacquiao also wouldnt use size and bully Mayweather on the ropes like Cotto and Maidana can, different fights.

You know Mayweather had to put up with all of ODH demands. If Pacquioa wants to fight Mayweather he knows what to do. Give in to all of Mayweathers demands and take the money thats offered. 40 million was way more than what he ever got from Arum!! He'll never get 50/50 split on the Mayweather fight.
so floyd is not original then? why follow what someone else has done before? be ur own self.

Id like to hear from representitives on both sides.

That's not my take. I believe it comes down to the simplest things. Both Mayweather and Pac have played the Prima Donna roles in talks and negotiations over the years and between their egos and the egos of their management/promoters, a fallout was the result. You can easily tell which fans aren't biased because they don't railroad the blame to just one side. Anyone who thinks only one guy is to blame, is flat out biased.

Floyd could have been made this fight if he wanted to indeed.. But truth is Pac and Arum have used Floyd for YEARS to hype Manny up and if the fight hinges on Pac getting half of anything, I would tell them to kick rocks too!! Floyd had to bow down and give everything Oscar wanted to make the fight and his biggest paycheck and the same goes for Pac..Sergio would have never fought Cotto without giving in to all of Cotto's demands and too act like that's not the cycle of boxing is just hatred for Floyd...

Although they're both counterpunchers, Floyd and JMM have very different fighting styles. JMM has had success with Pac because JMM isnt afraid to step in the line of fire in order to land something. Floyd on the other hand fights extremely cautious. Just look at thier 4 fights. You can make an argument for who won the first 3 and we all know who won the 4th, but one thing that cant be disputed is that even in thier 4 fights JMM took more damage than Pac did. Knocked down 5 times in 4 fights. Suffered a broken nose twice, etc. Floyd would never commit to his offense vs Pac the way JMM did.

both guys are at fault, but we're talking about today, right now, at this moment, pac has came out and said he's agreed to all of floyd's demand, ost, lesser purse. and what do we get from floyd? *crickets chirping*
