Well we saw a real hype job with all cans on his resume this past weekend with Russell. So the Wilder cloud may go poof vs Stiverne. But as for Stiverne being the first to punch back, that isn't exactly true. I believe it was Firtha who DID indeed fight back vs Wilder. And did fairly well considering the size difference. One last thing, Wilder's chicken legs IMO will betray him if he gets caught solid. I'd make this a 60/40 fight Stiverne/Wilder.
