    Good for him if he does it... Thurman vanished again.... Guess since Schaeffer left, his four fights a year are going awry... that or Showtime suddenly doesn't have the money for it

      After Cotto, Alexander comes to mind. As far as Ballsey. It's one thing to quit against a better fighter or after taking a beating. It's another entirely to duck the whole fight to begin with. Who has more heart??

        The winner of the Thurman vs. Porter match getting a shot at Mayweather does make sense but...I kind of what them both to get a shot Mayweather. Maybe it should be a match to see who gets Mayweather first.

          Yes Alexander doesn't seem to duck anyone, but that boring grab n clinch n hold n grunt biz is boring and irritating. Guys like Thurman are more fun to watch, big power plus good boxing skills. I'd imagine Thurman walks thru Devon, but Devon vs Guerrero would be more competitive.
