Yes, he is acting butt hurt, cause his style is not what the "fight watchers" wanna see, but he is a talented boxer with real skill that GBP most likely didn't want to expose Canelo to yet.
So Canelo coming off his first career defeat should have been thrown in with Lara in his first fight back? And then we he lost everyone would have been screaming about how incompetent Golden Boy's matchmakers were to do that. Angulo was a confidence builder and now Lara gets his test.

What is it with Cuban fighters? For all the machismo these guys try to project, they consistently complain and act like pu$$ies when they don't get their way.

This literally made me laugh. I hope De la Hoya's face is on camera when they announce Lara the winner. Cubans fight everybody because they have to, or you wouldn't hear **** from them ever they have to take the hard road because they have no backing so they have to go through the toughest to earn their shot, yet Canelo beats on 50 bums in mexico= superstar. Sure no favoritism my ass.

At least Bob Arum has the decency to be a f@g and proudly so in full display with his favoritism.

Yes you can if you see the facts...he's fought better opposition in half the fights he wasnt promoted or handed belts fighting has beens bums and smaller fighters...if canelo wouldn't have said let's do it it wouldn't have happen....who has canelo beat ...i think Lara will win unless its a decision .....but GB And Delahoya are very bias ...i give home credit he looks out for his own (Mexicans) but there are great boxers that are not mexican make them feel welcome dummy this is a business

Oscar's VP (and best friend was "shocked"?). Haymon lined these dumbfu$ks up good. Lol, don't worry that Shaffer is gone, a real genius is at the helm now! Shaffer may have been a douchebag, but he was a smart one. Now left with a couple of rocket scientists (not).

i wouldnt have done this fight. i would have given canelo a showcase fight maybe another matthew hatton level type opponent then wait for the winner of cotto vs sergio.

this is a very risky move on GBP's part.

oscar must have been snorting lines while getting bummed in the bunghole at the same time when he decided to make this fight.
