From what I've seen, Brook would have to change his whole foundation to beat Porter. Again, he has the same problem Chavez has in the sense that he takes too long to set up his offense; get his footing right. Also, Brook stands too straight up, doesn't move his head much and his upper body movement is almost non existent. You add all of that up, it's easy to see Porter's in and out style being too troubling.I think Brook will be.
His jab is terrific and packs real power, that alone will be a problem for Porter. His right hand is set-up well off the jab and that is a very, very powerful shot. To get inside Brook you will have to absorb some big shots, and for a short guy like Porter, the jab will be hard to get past...especially as Brook has a good feel for distance.
As for Brook's jab, I don't even know if it's worth mentioning it considering his last opponent didn't struggle to get in, in fact usually guys aren't struggling to get inside on Brook.Comment

Imo, it's a win-win situation for Brook. Even in defeat, he wins by stepping up his competition and losing to a fighter he was probably "supposed to lose to."Comment

Definitely.
Mayweather has too many opponents, yet too few matches left to be fighting the same opponent again. People complain about Top Rank and their rematches but this really isn't any better.Comment
