The real problem is that with the amount haye fights a year he really can't afford tune ups. haye has a very particular way he approaches the square circle. he fights a certain way prepares that way and gets by in his ability to get chances to load up his punch....this information practically was stated by Haye in his last interview. Without taking an opinion on this it seems to me that he needs to get the top dog when he gets in the ring to be succesful. This does sort of work for Haye despite the last few pullouts...which were a real problem.

Damn he's a great talker. He's always had the gift of gab if not always the gift of jab. I think they are perfect for each other right now. I give Tarver a decent shot with Haye being a little rusty from the layoff and injury.

This fight would sell, because you've got two non-stop shit-talkers who would hype this fight up beyond reality.

I also, like Tarver bringing back the days where guys called each other out to prove a point.

Fully expect Haye to fight a lot of has-beens before stepping it up. He needs to get some credibility back in terms of being active.
