He's praising him because Lomachenko is lower than his weight class and he knows they'll never fight and if they did then Broner knows he can beat him due to the size advantage. Broner is used to beating smaller fighters.

Loma us the truth.. you cannot hate on him - fighters hate on floyd when they are about to fight him, but after the fight he gets mad props... and all fighters recognise him as the top dog!! Loma is so good that if you guys do your research and look at the footage on his media work out, and look at him hit the heavy bag you will see the exact same punch combination he was throwing on the heavy bag he was throwing at russell jr. That is insane because 1 - he was working on it in camp and 2 - he executed it in the fight. 3 - he showed the world at his media day... usually what you see a fighter qorking on in camp it sometimes takes a fight or 2 for them to get comfortable executing it... Loma mastered the distance and killed poor Russel to the body - Russells game plan back fired you have to step up the comp as you progress, Russel never got exposed to that style of movement - he was loat and defeated way before thw end of the bout and for a judge to have a draw WTF WTF WTF - they need to stary a judging school or risk loaing fans because boxing ia not a cheap sport at all - just to watch the shyt we gotta subscribe to HBO & Showtime then you got the ppv's greedy bastards betta wake up

Much props standing up to the criminal enterprise called IRS. That said, Broner has been humbled by the Latino and dethroned. It is very believable.
