Devon Alexander Wants Keith Thurman Next

Wasnt a fan of Alexander or Bradley when HBO tried to shove them down our throats during their undefeated fight, which ******, but both guys have did a 180 and showed they are true pitbulls.
Devon schooling Maidana, who Mayweather had lots of trouble with, and bragging about it having no fear of Mayweather backlash. And him fighting aggresively vs Soto and then calling out ONE TIME Thurman who no one called out. *applause* thats how its suppose to be !! *ahem Mayweather take notes

People need to get over that. Since the Bradley fight he has had a brutal schedule and fought till the end every fight.

Alexander has a lot of competitive experience to UD Thurman. This fight will make Thurman live up to his nickname "One Time." About time to see this guy struggle with real competition.

I think Alexander should change his name from Alexander the great to Alexander the pretty good. He is not great and he never has been and never will be. Thurman took Soto out and I would pick him to beat Alexander by ud. Alexander has a good chin and a good defense so he probably goes the distance but he is too timid and defense minded to beat Thurman.

Wouldn't be surprised if Alexander beats Thurman. He has a good chin, faster hands and has fought the better fighters. Would like to see it next.

This fight makes too much sense right now. A win puts Devon right back in the mix at 147. A win for Thurman gives him his first win over a top welterweight.

Say what you want about Devon but he's been in the ring with Bradley, Matthysse and Maidana when he as an up and coming fighter.

There is no reason the fight should not be made, unless De La Hoya lied about wanting to make the best fights possible and decides to continue to put Thurman in the ring with C-level opposition. If Thurman's next fight is against a washed up has been (like Zab Judah or Berto), someone no one ever heard of or an opponent who loses to every b-class opponent he faces (Soto-Karass), we will know the answer to that.
