Bob Santos, co-manager of former champion Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero (32-2-1, 18 KOs), says Keith Thurman (23-0, 21KOs) must go out there and do something special in order to secure a fight with his boxer.
On Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, Guerrero took part in a "Fight of The Year" candidate when he staged a twelve round war with Yoshihiro Kamegai of Japan. Fighting with a badly swollen, and cut, left eye - Guerrero fought his way to a unanimous decision win.

So how else is Thurman going to increase the level of opponents if he keeps getting passed by? Thurman deserves a higher level opponent over any of these guys because he is the one begging for it. Then we get people like you who wants to criticize him for his level of opponents when the higher level guys DON'T WANT TO FIGHT HIM. They make every excuse not to fight him and people want to turn around and talk about how Thurman hasn't fought anyone when no one wants to give him a chance because they are fearful.Comment
