Russell said in an interview that if Loma tries to push the fight he can make it go less than 12 rounds so maybe it won't become a problem for him? Who knows. I see this fight as a pick em 50/50 fight maybe slight favor in GRJ.

That's definitely not a good sign.

Russell's left is brittle. He's actually right handed anyway but still. Hell turn into more of a one handed fighter if something happens. Believe it or not I think his level of competition has been chosen strategically especially* because of his hand. I may be wrong but why chance losing your career against a top contender when if the right situation comes along you can break your hand but you fought for a title?

I hope it does hold up because I am a big fan of Russell and I think he might be the kind of fighter some thought Broner was going to be minus Broner's awful personality. I didn't know he was right handed but it makes sense with the power he has in his right hook. Both of Russell's hands are accurate lightning bolts and I expect him to win by KO but he is fighting a very good fighter.
