How in the hell are they pretending the venue was biased against Ruslan? The crowd went nuts every time he threw a punch and booed Algieri.

Such sour g****s from Ruslans camp. The whole point of the fight being at the Barclays was to showcase Ruslan to the big Russian community nearby, now they want a neutral venue? lol. I think part of his appeal was that he stayed humble and honest but after this fight they seem like sore losers, Algeri wont grant him a rematch, hes planning on cashing in on the title and retiring after his next big fight.

Firstly re watch the fight with the volume on, The HBO crew was very biased for Algiere, its funny how their unofficial judge had the fight a blowout for Ruslan. I picked Algiere to win because he can box his arse off and he is supremely conditioned, but I do not think he won - I thought at worst it was a draw. If HBO clouts this kid and not embrace Rigo then something is wrong here! I think a rematch is in order, Ruslan needs to jab in, and the man is only 5'4 give or take an inch. What we have to realize is, the Top Rank stable is grossly depleted HBO and Top Rank has to make/ create stars for Manny to face etc.. they feel Algiere can be a star, but why are they not putting forth the effort for Rigo ??

Love Rigo but huge difference between Algeri and Rigo, Chris is exciting.. hes not waiting to counter, hes a volume puncher like say Leo Santa Cruz, Chris just moves more but when he turns it on, he turns it on.

hbo, provo's team, and many of these clowns on here are just butt hurt because they put their hopes in yet another limited, overrated brawler. Same happened with matthysse. Ggg and kovalev are better than those two.but they're not near the wrecking machines many on here think they are. Most of these people were casual fans up until about 07-08. They were introduced to floyd mayweather during the dlh fight build up and hated him. Then they fell in love with manny after he beat oscar. And because of manny's success, they fall in love with every brawler that comes down the pike.

What amazes me are the ****** f****s that will turn on a fighter, call him names, say he was the house n****r pimp him over and spit on him when he loses. Ruslan was robbed. As a fight judge I pick the aggressor and the more effective puncher. It is not the amateurs any more. It's about damage. Algieri had his a s s handed to him. If you have never taped up the gloves and swapped blows you have no right to call a fighter s**t. They are working for you to ENTERTAIN you. Not to be laid bare and ridiculed.

Ruslan will dominate Algieri in a rematch. No problem. And f**k all you fat ass couch experts. you suck.
