I don't believe health can be bought in a bottle, or injected. Such things can fight disease, kill bugs, but health is a sane life. Eat good, excercise, and SLEEP. Don't hang out at Fatburger, I like Floyd, but I make a better burger, less filler, Texas beef!

I hope he brings in another S & C coach for his fighters though. It's been proven that unless you're a boxing virtuoso like a Mayweather or a Ward you need a good S & C coach to compete at the elite level.

I was a bit surprised by that because Garcia seems real shady himself. Maybe he is just an instigator on the surface but knows where to draw the line. Also, though, if it was something drug related and he admitted it, he would also be cast in a shadow as well so it could have been an act of self-preservation to a degree.

He was probably never anything special. Just another guy swept up by being in the right place at the right time (around Manny).

I never felt that a S&C Coach was 100% necessary to bring a fighter to the elite level. Yes they are an added bonus but a good trainer with a solid staff can easily get the job done via hitting the gym and monitoring the runs etc. Think Angelo Dundee, Eddie Futch, Lou Duva, Cus D'amato, Kevin Rooney and Teddy Atlas etc etc......old school maybe but they developed some of the greatest fighters in history of Boxing with a solid camp and loyal and focused trainers. I am also suspect that one too may of these nouveau S&C coach's like to play the chemistry game tampering with PED's etc. Not good for the fighter and certainly not good for ANY sport. I respect Robert Garcia for his training ability and i am sure his fighters will NOT suffer any setback with Ariza being shown the door. As for Freddie - i'm sure he's not basking and celebrating Garcia's decision.....he too much of a class act for that.

Roebert didn't seem threatened and he was standing right next to him. Ariza carried a personal vendetta against Roach and took that opportunity behind other people to kick an old man.

                    Shameful, truly cowardly.
i feel bad looking at roach getting kicked.then he was being a ***** telling the police he got assaulted ,if your gonna walk in a gym like you own it and talking mad ****,racist remarks, and stepping up like your gonna do something that's just the ingredient to get your ass whooped,he wasn't at the wild card gym ,and Robert wasn't gonna let roach punk him.roach has no respect so why should they treat him any diffrent.**** it
