This explains why I feel a negative effect at the gym after ************ and not sex. I always thought it was just in my head... Thats just weird.

There is a video on YouTube of Chris Byrd (ESPN Sport Science) where he actually performs BETTER after sex. So maybe it is individual?

You lose testosterone if you go too long without that release. Your body replaces what you lose during the day in your sleep. If you're not having that regular release then your body won't need to replace as much, thus your testosterone levels will decline. Have sex daily, but get good sleep to replenish and you'll be hitting harder than ever before... and your opponent will be knocked out cos he believed in the ****** myth that sex weakens your legs.

Ray Robinson would never win a fight if that was the case.

The feeling of busting a nut is a reward for keeping the human race alive.

By jerking it, you give your body and mind a false sense of satisfaction, hence why after sex or jerking you, don't feel like doing ****. You've accomplished your main goal in life.

I know that if I'm in a drought where I haven't had any cooch in a while, I'm edgy and even quick-tempered. On the other hand, after I've had some, I'm more mellow up to a week later. I think the belief is a fighter who hasn't had sex in a while actually has a build up of testosterone in his system. Since testosterone is a hormone of aggression, it's advantageous to have more in the system before a fight.

lmbo at you clowns trying to sound like physicians! The truth of the matter is , its a life style matter! Sex can either motivate or de-motivate, depending
on your physical and mental abilities! True you probably dont want to deplete your testosterone before you participate in any sporting event. Esp if you already have low testosterone issues. But people are different, some will build
it back up faster than others. And IMO the way i see it. If your a healthy fit confident athlete, you probably not going to notice a difference if you do or dont.

Busting makes you lose your testosterone...its a male hormone. When you release that, you become less aggressive and docile. This why they let men f^cc men in prison!!!
