There is a video on YouTube of Chris Byrd (ESPN Sport Science) where he actually performs BETTER after sex. So maybe it is individual?

You lose testosterone if you go too long without that release. Your body replaces what you lose during the day in your sleep. If you're not having that regular release then your body won't need to replace as much, thus your testosterone levels will decline. Have sex daily, but get good sleep to replenish and you'll be hitting harder than ever before... and your opponent will be knocked out cos he believed in the ****** myth that sex weakens your legs.

By jerking it, you give your body and mind a false sense of satisfaction, hence why after sex or jerking you, don't feel like doing ****. You've accomplished your main goal in life.

lmbo at you clowns trying to sound like physicians! The truth of the matter is , its a life style matter! Sex can either motivate or de-motivate, depending
on your physical and mental abilities! True you probably dont want to deplete your testosterone before you participate in any sporting event. Esp if you already have low testosterone issues. But people are different, some will build
it back up faster than others. And IMO the way i see it. If your a healthy fit confident athlete, you probably not going to notice a difference if you do or dont.
