Getting in shape is physically, Getting in fighting shape is mentally. He will still gas out after 5-6 rounds like he always does. But i do agree on that crossfit brings a different dimension to your fitness level.

I hope it does because at WW Guerrero has not been able to carry the sharp counterpunching he had at lower weights..he now has to come forward and try to swarm and be more offensive, and has appeared to have gotten very tired in two of his last 3 fights. If this helps him either return some of the form he had at lower weight or improve his stamina in being aggressive, then he can still be a dark horse in the division

Crossfit has gotten me in the best shape out of all the fitness I've ever done! It makes you more athletic which is something I find most boxers to lack because of their old school training that involves no core

I think there's a reason that as of yet no high level athletes incorporate Crossfit into their training regime, neither in boxing or UFC.

If you listen to any credible sports trainer they **** royally on Crossfit, it has an injury rate of 40%, do you realise how high that is? If you owned a gym and 4 in every 10 guys you trained got injured you would be thrown in prison!

Cross fit is an amazing way to destroy all your joints and ligaments and completely tear your back in half.

Olympic lifts are not meant to Be high rep, high speed workouts, cross fit in among the dumbest **** you can do to yourself.

It never was, it's absolute garbage as most people will tell you. High injury rate due to taking complicated movements and saying **** form just flail randomly. To be certified trainer its a weekend course....that's it. Theres a reason even Crossfit game champions don't train using Crossfit.
