How do you "RUN" yet out throw and out land your opponent?

This fight reminded me of the Peterson Khan fight. I thought Ruslan landed the more effective punches and I had him winning. Same way I had Peterson winning.

He fought on the back foot but he had to. Prov is an extreme pressure fighter and Algieri is not a brawler.

If I was rooting for anybody last night it was probably Ruslan, but yeah, damn the excuses. There's a reason why you have a ring to move in. Otherwise they'd just put two fighters in a phone booth and let them fight.

Triple up your jab and keep moving all whilst your opponent sits there walking towards you not punching. That is how Algieri ran and threw and landed more punches than Provodnikov.

You're an idiot dude, seriously. I'm big Ruslan fan but when I watched the fight a SECOND time it was clear he got his head snapped more than twice.

You can't give a man punching power, its just people don't know what they're watching. I honestly believe its because we're in the era of May and Pac.

If Mayweather and Pac fought in 2010 the compubox would prbably be similar to this fight. A 50/50 fight with Mayweather being the weaker puncher but the busier boxer to keep the furious Manny away from him while everytime Manny catches Floyd with a left it makes Floyd's head move.. as long as Floyd/Algeiri roll with the punches and keep boxing they're in a damn fight and its all subjective when its a boxer vs puncher that are close to equal in skill
