broner is no manny. his lack of activity kills him especially against a guy who won't stay in front of him and is pretty fast and accurate

Algieri could beat Broner, if not give him a damn tough fight. Broner just went to war with Taylor only because Taylor himself wasn't a mover. First time I saw Algieri was when he had a pretty comfortable looking time on ESPN against Taylor.
Chris is a lot younger than Malignaggi and can throw upwards of 900 punches (he did in the Provo fight) a fight, especially on a guy who isn't that fast as a mover. Broner excels going forward too, while Algieri excels when he can box around an aggressor. Makes for an exciting fight and Broner can try and grab his fourth weight title.
Not to mention Broner is a "name" and Algieri just got off the Pac fight. Money to be made, its just will Algieri take on Broner? The personalities colliding will be funny for the pre-fight buildup.Last edited by SlySlickSmooth; 11-25-2014, 06:50 PM.

I give Broner a chance because he is gutsy and I think he would take risks. The guy was walking towards Maidana in the later rounds still. If Chris gets lazy in there he could get blitzed with a combination.
