Do you know for a fact that Schaefer had a non-compete clause - in that strict sense - in his working agreement with GBP? Or are you just reaching? Have you seen for real GBP's terms of association with Schaefer? I ask all these because it was Schaefer that agreed to jointly set up GBP for/with ODLH - using Oscar's money. Which would indicate that the terms of that association would not simply be like the normal one between an employer and the employee? P34c3

Couldn't disagree any more with your post. Shaeffer isnt done. Oscar is/will become ever more irrelevant in the future most likely with 1 prized fighter making GB a 2nd tier promotion.

- Floyd said he won't use them
- Mares attempting to sign with Haymon
- 2 main people involved in GB success leaving, I mean if things looked so bright for GB once Shaeffer left wouldn't you think Binkow would want Shaeffers job instead of jumping ship.

Weak fights wont make anyone money. Bob has to work with other promoters. Crowford vs gambo, his trying to make chavez vs ggg or forch. Bob is willing to work with other promoters. Danny vs herrra was a joke, and danny was given the W. Yes haymond has a great ww stack, but no big names other than floyd. We want manny vs garcia, thurman, maidana, maybe even broner and lucas.
