Does anyone believe that GB isn't a sinking ship. The 2 main guys leave, Floyd left, Hopkins co-owner wont even say he's with them.
Oscar and GB will have Canelo and be another 2nd tier promotion with 1 fighter. He better hope Canelo beats Lara and keeps winningComment

I don't think anything is going to change. Haymon will keep using GBP. Oscar will let his no Haymon fighters take on Top Rank guys here and there.
That's the best case scenario. Schaeffer is done. He has stake in GBP and a non compete clause.Comment

hate him or whatever, but...
Oscar is the only one trying to save our sport, and this is the thanks he gets? If the so called "boxing fans" will turn on you for trying to make the best fights, then why should the cold war stop? theres no point.Comment

This right here is the gods honest truth. Well said! To add to that as much as we wanna believe that news stories posted with big headlines about meetings and this guy "could" face this guy, we shouldn't believe **** until the deals are signed and fights have been made. Oscar was a good boxer and in business just as boxing he should protect himself at all times.I'm not in favor of it. But so far the only one I see trying to make the right moves is him.
Has HBO allowed his fighters back on the network? Has Arum made Pacquiao available to GBP fighters or is he just trying to snag Canelo for one of his Top Rank guys?
Oscar has to be careful here and use his head not his heart. It's a cutthroat business.
I want the cold war to end. But I can't believe that Bob Arum after running his own PPV fights and getting all the revenue is willing to share promotion with GBP. AND he really won't share a PAC fight. EVER! He makes too much money on a pac PPV fight. Especially if they both his fighters. With that said I hope I'm wrong and we as fans get some great fights. Im just not holding my breath.Comment
