They basically have. Replacing corrupt members only helps them as long as Showtime is basically giving them exclusive access and Haymon doesn't restrict his boxers from continuing work with them.

Top rank still has very few intriguing fights to make within its own roster.

I think UFC fighters do get paid what their worth; on the other hand I think boxers get paid too much. I think too many boxers see other boxers and other athletes making big money so they stall their careers waiting for the big money shot. More then one negotiation has been stalled or fallen through because of money issues. Case in point, Andre Ward and Amir Khan. Andre Ward is still out on the sidelines because he's asking for millions of dollars to fight and Amir Khan is waiting to cash out against Floyd Mayweather. The fact is that those two aren't fighting because of greed.
