Refresh my memory. Because as I remember it. Floyd tried to fight Cotto when they were both at 140 a Bob Arum claimed the then WBO jr welterweight champion was "too green" to fight Floyd. So when exactly did Floyd duck him?

Floyd ducked him and many others in 07-09 bro. Ducked margarito and fought an out of shape de la hoya instead cuz "it would make him more money" even though margarito was the challenge at the time. "we dont fight to see whos the best, we fight to make money." FMJ

And for those mayweather fanboys who use that "you have to leave top rank to get a fight with mayweather" excuse, that started in 2009, well after he retired after the ricky hatton fight in dec 2007.
