Yes, Pacquiao could move up to middleweight or even heavyweight but HE DOESN'T WANT TO. Height has little to do with what weight a fighter should compete at. Lean, muscular body weight is what matters. There are pro boxers who are 5 ft. 11inches and would be over weight and flabby at any weight over 135 while Tyson was hard as a rock at 5 ft. 11 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds. Pacquiao started pro boxing as a 108 pounder So Pacquiao fighting at welterweight means he has moved up 9 weight classes. Duran turned pro 135 pounds and fought as high as 168 so he only moved up 5 weight classes. Duran was fat as hell at 168 and should not have been fighting at that weight. Marvin Hagler turned pro at 160 and retired at 160 and never moved up in weight even one weight class. Was Hagler not a great fighter?

I'm not actually racist though, they're jokes and meant to be all in good fun. Its the internet. And yes I realize a lot of Floyd fans are race baiters but so what? I'm a fan of Floyd's boxing ability, not his butt-hugging rejects who'd follow him to hell.
