He's tougher, because his style makes him look tougher. I've never seen him in a fight like Thurman/Chaves. Ever.

Maybe against Alfonso Gomez. That's about it.

Wait til he uses that bull dog, leaping in style against someone that can actually hurt him, and in their prime. Ala, Thurman. Devon Alexander isn't hurting anyone.

Meaning, I don't see him fading, and gassing like Porter does.

Don't forget, Thurman's gonna be the first guy that's gonna really test that gas tank of his, and actually have the ability to do so.
Porter fought at a furious pace with Alexander and had to deal with all his clinching.

Julio Diaz also landed on Keith and had him retreating.

That wasn't a furious pace, when Porter was the one dictating that pace. Clinches don't equal bombs being thrown at your head. Punches take way more wind out of your body.

Keith's style is to trap you into counter punches. Porter looked like he was actually running.

Retreating or over anxious to run Diaz into counters? People misinterpret that situation as a whole.

This is difficult. I'm giving the edge to Porter right now, but I'm not 100% confident in that. To me, it's more or less a toss up and also very exciting to think of these two in the ring.

You waste energy trying to get someone off. The guy who is clinching obviously gets a break, but the other guy wastes energy trying to get his opponent off.

I get what you say about Thurman catching Porter rushing in and I would actually favor Thurman in this match but I just don't trust his chin.

                Porter's a monster but Thurman's a beast...
Who do you choose? The monster or the beast?
