Honestly I don't think it resulted from a headbutt. IF it did the slowmo replay in between rounds could have focused on that instantly. The swelling was already visible right after the first round. And besides how could the ref, the judges, the thousands watching and the camera can miss that altogether?

Only the replay can confirm what really happened.
