I remember Floyd saying Cotto was his hardest fight. This version of Cotto would be dangerous for him.

This whole argument is ridiculous!! Roach says Floyd is shot, Floyd can't move. Now Cotto who has taken some beatings, is fresh and new, now he can outbox Floyd and has enough defense to KO Floyd. I know Roach is a well respected trainer but he sounds foolish. Plus, the fight would be at 147. Cotto wanted to be a MW champion now go fight MWs.

Notice how hes getting all the credit for cotto the "new roach cotto" and not cotto for the performance thats by design the way he does interviews but he does it in a way where he gets no blame in a loss and all the credit in a win its my only beef about roach.

LOL I already know how bias and closed minded Roach is regarding Floyd but its amusing to hear these ******s on forums agreeing with him like they know ****. Yeah Floyd can't move...he runs 8 miles a day and works out harder than anyone in the game and is the greatest defensive fighter in the world and a lot of his defense comes from slipping or bouncing out of the way of punches or leaping in and out before guys can touch him but I'm supposed to believe Floyd doesn't have legs anymore?? Do yall even know what that means???

Roach has done good work with Cotto but he's not going to figure out Floyd no matter how many times he fights him and no matter who trains him, Floyd is an enigma to a trainer like Roach, as great as he is, because Floyd is something Roach has never seen. Roach doesn't understand Floyd's ability to break guys down and piss on his game plan and make any adjustment necessary and in Roach's eyes he just doesn't get it so he dismisses it by calling Floyd a coward and a ***** and when he fights guys right in their face and still makes them look ****** all Roach can say is "oh its cuz his legs are shot"...Roach is a great trainer but Floyd is on another planet in terms of IQ and boxing ability and Roach will never understand that

Floyd fought Cotto after Pacquiao had destroyed Cotto..and Mayweather couldn't even beat Cotto more impressively than Pac even after that...

This version of Cotto beats the version of Mayweather who basically lost to Maidana and got hit over 200 times...

Cotto would have to KO Mayweather or at least knock him down and dominate to get a decision in Vegas though...

Mayweather will never take the fight at this point...he has way too many demands...as I've listed in my previous postings...

And if those demands are met...I doubt Mayweather is taking anything risky at this point..I expect Mayweather to fight Maidana/Khan/Garcia...

Maidana being the only one who obviously poses a serious threat to Mayweather of the 3 after being robbed by the judges...and will be forced to wear pillows for gloves again..

You mean when they weight drained Cotto and possible Pac was on the juice as well. So Pac had a very big advantage. So this version of Cotto would beat the living sh@t out Pac when they fought. Cotto could even hit Mayweather clean with any shots and the ones that got through were jabs.
