Pacquiao is not good enough to fight at that high of weight. He wouldnt even fight Canelo at 152.

And on top of that hes actually irrelevant in the sport of boxing right now. What does beating Pacquiao mean today really? Nothing. Sadly.

Im sure Arum will roll out Provo or ALvarado meh have fun Manny.

Bob Arum is an imbecile and senile. He says Floyd would never fight Cotto after what Cotto did to Martinez but does not want Cotto to avenge his loss against Pacman who had forced Cotto to fight at 145. What a hypocrite!!!
Floyd does NOT need to fight Cotto. He beat him fairly and he moves on. Since he promotes both Pac and Cotto why not make that fight at a catch weight of 152 or something, Pac did it first after all?

I can't wait for this old geez to go the dinosaur way! An imbecile ruthless son of a whore!

Trainer Freddie Roach and promoter Bob Arum appear to be against the possibility of Cotto taking a shot at avenging his 12th-round technical knockout loss to Pacquiao in November 2009. Cotto has long complained that being forced to fight Pacquiao at a catch weight of 145 pounds, two beneath the welterweight limit, adversely affected him during their WBO welterweight title fight in Las Vegas.

I still cannot fathom why Pac did not follow Cotto's lead and do a fight by fight agreement with Arum. Did he really need the upfront cash gaurantee that badly?

1:30 of the fight canelo gets hammered by cottos fat older brother.

Get this fight made! I am rooting for Cotto, but Canelo will put up a major challenge. Someone is getting put down at least once in the fight.

I guess wew will have to see what happens with Canelo/Lara first.

Arum and Freddie know that Cotto would whoop Manny's ass @ 154. That's why they wanted Cotto to come down to 150 for a rematch! Now that the cold war is thawing out, they are going after GBP's best...Danny Garcia LOL!

Why put Roach in a difficult position? There are a lot of other better fights out there for both of them. Anyway Miguel already mentioned that he has no interest fighting below 154.

There's no surprise here. I can't imagine anyone actually expects this fight to happen.

Pacquiao's irrelevant? This is just pure hate right here. There is no substance to this statement.

Of course Rob is dismissive against this fight. Pacroid is the most protected so call atg in the history of boxing. No one ever wants him to move up or fight someone other than those catch weight suckers they have over at TR. They'll call Floyd a chicken & claim he's ducking Pacroid but when a man calls your house & you crap your pants because he offers you more money then you have ever made then I have to call it what it is. Pacroid is the one ducking & the one who is cheating the sport since he won't take the test without restrictions. Whenever Pacroid fights there has to be a restriction put on the other fighter all because they claim he's the smaller guy. But for a guy that people claim to be this unstoppable force against Mayweather & only (Mayweather do people see this) he's always begging for an advantage....
