The only style that has ever given Felix trouble was size. Guys who had more physical ability than him E.g. Hopkins, Wright and even a washed up Jones, Jr.

These guys were all naturally wider and stronger than him. In addition, he fought them all above the 154 lbs weight limit at Middle and Light heavyweight; Where his power didn't seem to carry the same amount of snap or pop on them as they did at the lower weight classes of a 147 and 154 lbs.
Hopkins, Winky, and Roy shouldn't even enter into this equation. We talking about prime Tito @ 147, where he staked his claim to greatness fighting all styles; come forward dudes, defensive dudes, even has a legit win on an atg. He boxed well, threw beautiful combinations with power, he had it all. Oscar troubled him with movement, but wasn't willing to trade with Tito at all.

Floyd resume at 147, eh, just ain't that spectacular enough for me at 147 to say he could have whitewashed Tito. Hatton, Baldimir, Judah, Ortiz? Marquez? Where any of those dudes even natural welters? Ok Shane but shane was already murked by Forrest. I ain't buying it.

      You're right........

You're right. It is my opinion. Did that need to be restated? Floyd would never have Tito out of fear for his life. This is a moot thread. Anyway, there is nothing Floyd can do to win this fight. His cute defense and ring IQ isn't enough. Floyd is a great fighter BUT he's over-rated as well. Truth is, we really don't know how great he really is. He doesn't take challenging fights to test himself that way.

        Exactly.

Now after beating oscar and Hatton, had he lined up undefeated cotto, closer to prime Mosely, williams, manny, instead of taking the extended vacation, I would give him a fairer shake

            Floyd........

Floyd is a great fighter but his balls don't match his in ring skills. On top of that, people are starting to see that he is bad for the sport. He likes to take easy fights, bully his opponents during the negotiations, and he claims to be TBE. What he doesn't realize is that, you have to prove that in the ring, not with your mouth. Fighters like Tito, Oscar, Cotto, SRL, Hearns, Manny, Duran, they didn't care who they fought, they just wanted to be the best. Floyd is a diva and has blocked some really great fights and changed the game for the worse. Never in the history of boxing has the two best fighters never fought each other. Now, we all know whose fault that one is. Cotto just made boxing history by taking a risk. Manny took out a top 5 pound for pound fighter in Bradley. What does Floyd do? He gets exposed and beat up by a C Level fighter. Smh. I mean, he won but he looks to be aging before our eyes. Either he loses on the cards, via beating, or he fights and gets Ko'ed by Tito.

He would be asking to get knocked out at 154 or 147 if he would have used that strategy. His best chance to win is to fight as he did to Chico and make Tito follow him around the ring while landing lead left hooks and then spinning left then hit Tito with the lead right hands and spinning right all night
Floyd would beat Tito any way he chose to. See the way he beat Cotto as a reference.

This is very hard to call for me. He steamrolled "Sweetpea" who was a defensive master and clearly lost to Winky who is also a defensive master(although in a different way). I would've loved to see this fight instead of making crazy calls out of the blue!

Not. only chance floyd has is hit and run. Literally run. He stands in the pocket with Trinidad and he would be looking up at the ceiling

Floyd is ALL WRONG for Tito on several levels. This fight is a mis match and Mayweather would completely undress him with ease. There might not be a worst style clash for Tito. Jesus this would be a massacre.

Sit down Felix. You are not better than Floyd and you were never EVER good enough to beat him.

Mayweather wideeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee UD. 118-110, 117-111 something like that on all 3 cards. Tito only has a punchers chance and even that is slim. Terrible fight for Tito.
