I disagree. trinidad reminds me a bit of cotto with that pressure he brings and he hits much harder. trinidad had sick power and floyd would have never fought him anyway

Still I loved his electricity, and I respected the bond between him and his father. They made a great team.
ridiculous comparison. trinidad was fading by then and hopkins was just much much too big for trinidad

Trinidad had power and heart. But that won't get it done. Mayweather take him apart

De la hoya whooped tito, winky outclassed him. It would be hard to see anything tito can do to floyd other then land that hail mary hook!!

Tito was probably a little flat footed and a bit too selective with his attack for me to feel comfortable picking him. Still, he'd obviously have a puncher's chance.

^^Go youtube Trinidad at 154lbs and bear witness. He could easily hurt anyone with either hand and any punch in his arsenal. He was faded by the time he fought Winky but he was still prime when he lost to Hopkins.

You cannot compare Mayweather to the 6'1 Hopkins who was a tried and true middleweight and had been for years by September 2001

nobody is beating tito at welter not even Floyd tito has too much power plus Floyd wouldn't even touch a prime tito he would make up excuses the guys tito lost too were bigger Floyd has nothing to keep tito off him and is smaller

At 54 he would have a better chance, but with all this catch weight shiat going on now, it would be hard to see it take place at 154...but the hand wrap situation has to taint his k.o record i think, no one really know how many fights he fought with illegally wrapped hands!

I can understand Trinidad having a weakness for elite boxers but I feel Floyd would of retired instead of facing Trinidad.
