Really all he had to do was stay upright to win.

These are the opponents Price should have been facing after 12-13 fights instead of facing guys like Skelton and Harrison.its a shame Maloney was so desperate to cut corners in progression with him.

Look how Pulev had been brought along, that as a prime example of how to gain round exposure instead of creating this mass hype machine and saying we are ready for Klitschko after Thompson lol,I should not laugh,Price is actaully a likeable kid, much more likeable than that cave troll Fury and his acne ridden live in lover cousin, the sick fuvks.

Zavorotnyi has helped himself to future fights against tough punching prospects now, expect Joshua to grab a fight against this guy some time after Skelton,if Hearn genuinely cares about his career that is.

Zavorotnyi can now be considered somewhat a Guinn or Johnson type character after this performance,a durable non entity, able to provide up comers with 10-12 round seasoning.

As for Price's prospects, talk of Klitschko next year are extremely discouraging.I hope this is his trainer just showing faith in him and not planned for in the grand scheme of things,Klitschko might possible kill him with that right hand.

It's good that Price is getting some rounds at last, which is what he was short of when he fought T.T. One worries me after watching this though - Price had his jab in Zavorotnyi's face the whole 10 rounds but he didn't do any damage with it whatsover. Zavorotnyi was never hurt or troubled by Price's jab, even after he had been taking it for 8/9 rounds.
Price is at least throwing jabs now, but with no authority or "bad intention." A tall, powerful guy like him should be using his jab the way Wlad does - not just to rack up points, but also to hurt, demoralise, and break down his opponent. Seriously, that's something Tommy Brooks should work on with him.

                Price looked awful, again.

His footwork is still poor; he doesn't throw his jab enough and with any conviction; and he looks ever so vulnerable. Its great that he got some rounds in, but it wasn't a good performance.
