by american standards, ward's a good draw.

he's not cotto, mayweather, maruqez, pacquiao, canelo, but he draws very well. other than mayweather, none of those guys fight in their hometowns. hell, other than mayweather, none of them are american at all!

10K in oakland. that's a great gate for an american fighter in his hometown.


he's also one of the more popular fighters on regular HBO, doing ratings just behind golovkin and cotto.

Limited skills and talent but fought the best and for the most part beat the best.

He is appreciated for his performances and fighting the best there is.
He is entertainment and this is why I watch boxing.
